Ask Your Elders
Ask Your Elders is a project created with the purpose of connecting those who have lived a full life with younger generations and bringing their stories and wisdom into the future. In this time of isolation, let us create something meaningful together!
Events
On June 11th, 2020, Barbora Silhanova (Barbora Xu), a student of Global Music studying at the Sibelius Academy in Finland will premier newly composed pieces for a special Ask Your Elders concert: https://youtu.be/6nPvts4oYRE. These pieces will draw inspiration from stories shared by elder generations and you through www.askyourelders.org.
For your stories and experiences--and those of your loved ones--to be submitted as inspiration for the upcoming concert, all submissions must be received by June 5th, 2020.
